Which lead sources are supported?

Today we extract from Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram, and company databases. You can combine sources in the same operation — for example, Maps leads in one flow and LinkedIn leads in another, each with its own template.

Can I connect WhatsApp and Instagram?

Yes. The platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud) and Instagram Direct. Messages go out from your own account — your brand shows up in the conversation, not ours.

How does the AI agent work?

For each agent, you define context (where the leads come from), goal (qualify, book a meeting, etc.), response style, and specific rules. The agent handles replies from leads in its assigned automation and follows your instructions. You can review and adjust at any time.

How do you prevent duplicate messages?

Every automation tracks which leads have received each step of the flow. The same lead never receives the same message twice within the same automation — regardless of channel or template.

Do I need my own Meta credentials?

Yes. For WhatsApp Business and Instagram, you connect using your own Meta for Developers credentials. This ensures your brand shows up in conversations, you keep full control of the channels, and the history stays with you if you ever decide to migrate.

Can I review leads before starting an automation?

Yes. After each extraction, the leads are available for review, manual editing, and selection. You decide who enters which automation. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

Does it work for small teams and agencies?
